Ingredients

cups
old fashioned oats or quick oats

cup
Apple sauce
2
tsp
Cinnamon
1
Medium chopped apple
(Optional) Sweetener of choice
stevia, honey, maple syrup, agave, etc.
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Add all ingredients into large mixing bowl, mixing until fully combined.
Spray cookie sheet with spray oil.
Use a spoon or cookie scoop to create 1 inch balls of dough, placing onto cookie sheet.
Press dough down to flatten dough.
Place cookies in oven for 17-20 minutes.
Let cookies cool on cookie sheet or cooling rack.
Notes
Store cookies in air tight container on counter or in fridge for a week. Cookies can be stored in freezer for three months.
