Apple Cinnamon Breakfast Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 cups old fashioned oats or quick oats
  • 1 cup Apple sauce
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Medium chopped apple
  • (Optional) Sweetener of choice stevia, honey, maple syrup, agave, etc.

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Add all ingredients into large mixing bowl, mixing until fully combined.
  • Spray cookie sheet with spray oil.
  • Use a spoon or cookie scoop to create 1 inch balls of dough, placing onto cookie sheet.
  • Press dough down to flatten dough.
  • Place cookies in oven for 17-20 minutes.
  • Let cookies cool on cookie sheet or cooling rack.

Notes

Store cookies in air tight container on counter or in fridge for a week. Cookies can be stored in freezer for three months.
