Ingredients

  • 3 mangos
  • 4 jalapenos
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1/2 bunch of cilantro
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • garlic pepper, salt, pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Combine chopped mangos, jalapeños and onion in large bowl
  • Strip cilantro from stems and finely chop, then add to large bowl
  • Add in the juice from 1 lime, and mix in garlic pepper, salt and other desired seasoning
  • Stir well

Notes

Store mango salsa in an airtight container in the fridge for a few days. Making the salsa ahead of time allows the flavor to set in, so I recommend making a few hours before you plan on serving.
