Combine chopped mangos, jalapeños and onion in large bowl
Strip cilantro from stems and finely chop, then add to large bowl
Add in the juice from 1 lime, and mix in garlic pepper, salt and other desired seasoning

Store mango salsa in an airtight container in the fridge for a few days. Making the salsa ahead of time allows the flavor to set in, so I recommend making a few hours before you plan on serving.
