For those of you with these bands on hand, check out the workout below to incorporate into your travel or when you are in a pinch and need to get in a sweat at home!
For those of you without resistance bands, I highly recommend purchasing a set. They are a great way to incorporate strength training exercises when you don’t have weight available.
