2 Ingredient Healthified Little Debbie Chocolate Brownies

With only 2 simple ingredients, you can whip up these healthy brownies in no time. They're just like the Little Debbie brownies we grew up with only with less calories, sugar and saturated fat.

Ingredients

  • 1 box of brownie mix I used Pillsbury Sugar Free mix
  • 1 15 oz can pumpkin puree

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mix brownie mix and pumpkin puree in a mixing bowl until well combined.
  • Spray 9 x 13 cake pan with oil and pour mixture into the pan, smoothing out with a spatula.
  • Place pan in the oven for 25 minutes or until cooked thoroughly.
  • Let brownies cool before cutting.

Notes

I baked with a 9 x 13 pan but you can use an 8x8 or 9x9, whatever you have on hand. Brownies can store in the fridge in an airtight container for 5 days or be frozen for 3 months.
