Ingredients
2medium bananas~240g
1/4cuppeanut butter60g
1/4cupjam or jelly of choice80g
1tbspdark chocolate chips28g
Instructions
Cut both bananas in 1 inch thick slices, then place them on a baking sheet.
Once assempled on the baking sheet, place in the freezer for 1-2 hours. You can do this step ahead of time.
When the bananas are thoroughly frozen, add peanut butter and jam in a small bowl and mix until well combined.
Scoop about 1 tsp of PB&J mixture onto half of the banana slices. Then place the plain banana slices on top of the bananas with PB&J mixture, making little sandwiches.
Add chocolate chips to separate small bowl and warm in the microwave for 30 second increments until completely melted.
Drizzle chocolate on top of the bananas PB&J sandwiches.
Place cookie sheet back in the freezer for at least 30 minutes. The longer it sits in the freezer, the better they will be.
Notes
Store in the freezer for up to 3-4 months and grab one whenever you want a quick, sweet treat.
