Ingredients

  • 4 oz block feta
  • 2 peaches
  • 1/2 pineapple
  • 1/2 pint strawberries

Instructions

  • Start by chopping up all of your fruits and adding to separate bowls.
  • Cut you blog feta into 1½ inch cubes and set aside.
  • On a skewer, alternate between pinceapaple, strawberry, peach, feta and repeat. Alternatively, you could just skewer the fruit and crrumble the feta on top afterward.
  • Turn on grill to low-to-medium heat and let it heat up.
  • Grill the skewers on each side for a minute or two then flip.
  • Take skewers off the grill and carefully remove the fruit and feta from the skewers. Enjoy!

Notes

Store extra's in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
