Banana’s make everything better, am I right? You can add ’em to smoothies, yogurt, bread, oatmeal, eat them fresh or frozen, and now you can add them to cookies!
But the real question is who else has to sing Gwen Stefani’s B-A-N-A-N-A-S in their head anytime they have to spell it? I’m so guilty of this. No matter how many times I eat bananas or try to spell it, my internal self can’t help but bust out Hollaback Girl inside.
This cookie recipe is unlike any other. With a healthy mix of whole grains, potassium, anti-inflammatory and antioxidants, these cookies can be eaten at anytime of the day for a nutritious snack. Even if you want to snag a few for breakfast, I won’t judge! They can replace your morning bowl of oatmeal or your late night sweet treat.
With simplistic and minimal ingredients, this recipe is easy to whip up anytime a day. Many of the ingredients are likely living in your kitchen as you read, so get in there and start baking. You’ll have yourself a delicious, healthy treat in under a half hour.
Feel free to make these your own by adding in nuts, dried fruit, more chocolate chips, or any other toppings you’d usually add to your morning bowl of oatmeal!
